The edges of the town are cleaner than you would expect. The houses look freshly painted, and the roads are smooth. The sidewalks look brand new.
There's a park nearby, featuring a public BBQ, a football field, and a kid's playground. All of them look completely untouched.
Oddly, none of the houses seem to have numbers. They do have mailboxes, though. The town doesn't seem small enough for the postman to know how to deliver by name.
The road inwards doesn't seem to have any cars or people, but looks utterly immaculate. The contrast to the port road could not be more stark.
