A little distance from Hawkesbury you find the small suburb of Holt. It seems to be mostly made up of housing, but not as refined as the rest of Port Haven.
The people here all seem to drive utility vehicles, and sport various kinds of safety jackets. It seems likely that most of them work at the visible power station that lies nearby.
Most of the nearby vehicles feature broken windows, but there are no obvious impact marks. Seems like they broke, but probably not from teenagers running rampant or an upset neighbour, or that sort of thing.
