END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING "RED JOURNEY" (THE "GAME"). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.

  1. LICENSE. Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game for personal use only on devices owned or controlled by you. This game is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this EULA. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the game.
  2. RESTRICTIONS. You may not: (a) copy, distribute, or modify the Game; (b) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game; (c) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game; (d) use the Game in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  3. AGE RESTRICTION. You must be 18 years or older to play this game. By playing the game, you certify that you are 18 years or older.
  4. OFFENSIVE CONTENT. This game may contain swearing, sexual content, drug references, and alcohol references. By playing the game, you acknowledge and agree that you are not offended by such content.
  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. The Game, including all content and material therein, is owned by the Publisher and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree that the Publisher retains all rights in and to the Game.
  6. EULA UPDATES. The developers of this game reserve the right to update this EULA without warning. By continuing to play the game after an update, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
  7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PUBLISHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. THE PUBLISHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF THE PUBLISHER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
  9. TERMINATION. This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. You may terminate this EULA by deleting the Game from your devices. The Publisher may terminate this EULA at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game from your devices.
  10. GOVERNING LAW. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
  11. MISCELLANEOUS. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Publisher regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Publisher is located.

BY INSTALLING OR USING "RED JOURNEY", YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.
